To many to mention
Hoping someone may know the answer to my question before I try to get a sensible response from Vodafone

I have a Vodafone sim that I use in a mifi - Contract Red100GB £13.12 a month and inclusive roaming in 51 European destinations with 25GB roaming limit. Agreement ends November 2022 but discount runs to August 2023

I know I can keep the sim & pay the discounted rate till August 2023 but what I want to know is will the inclusive roaming still continue. I am hoping someone will have been through this and know the answer.

I have previously asked questions to Vodafone and get a different answer from phoning to asking the same question in the shop, so I am not sure if I will get a correct response from Vodafone. Don’t want to wait until I am away before I realise my Vodafone response was incorrect.

I don't really understand how you can have a 'discount' that runs to August 2023 when your contract ends in November 2022. Is this a sim bought direct from Vodafone or elsewhere, also when did you take out the contract?

After the initial contract period expires they just roll on month to month and if you're on an old contract with inclusive roaming then that remains until you renew. I've been out of contract with VF for a while now and still get my roaming......its the reason I've not renewed to a cheaper one. Who knows how long it'll last though.....

Have a look at HotUKDeals for sim offers which include roaming, Lebara do as well as Talkmobile so you might be able to get what you want much cheaper.

I believe that it will roll on with the roaming included until you change the contract. Until August 2023 you will continue to receive the original discount from the full monthly cost. Not sure if the cost will increase to what current equivalent though .so you bill may increase.

I was going to do this.
However, I wanted to renew both of our phones too and the cheapest way was to get new contracts for the business making sure they had roaming included. Worked out at effectively £21 and £27 per month respectively for each phone for the unlimited contracts plus the phone cost. Mind you their is still a fair usage data limit of 25GB.

It was also cheaper to get a third SIM only deal with O2 which included 25GB roaming that to pay the additional rate for exceeding the limit when away on the two Vodafone contracts.

We use a Lebara SIM in the MiFi, but I dislike VNOs for my primary phone and its unlikely I'd find a better deal from any of the other main networks because I currently have a (very generous) friends & family discount against my VF contract.
