Hi, all anybody recommend a mobile fitter in SW Scotland / Carlisle area ?
We need a new tap fitting, have the tap just need someone to fit it.

I'm guessing it's a water tap? If so perhaps a local plumber/ handyman could do it if you're not confident enough to do it yourself.

im a not so newbie
Do you not fancy having a go yourself?

The plumbing on Moho arnt that complicated with most of the fittings being hose clips from what i have found.
Providing the pump is switched off you will get very little spillage from the pipes.

No reason a house plumber couldn't do the work on your van.

Hi, Silver fox, I normally do things myself, bot this job involves removing the fridge and rawling about in the space left. Unfortunately I have had surgery on my right shoulder recently, and as I only have the one arm, and a stiff left leg , I would find it impossible!!!!, hence having to "get a man in" to do the job.

John (heating engineer) and me fitted the new tap yesterday, had to remove the fridge to do it , but done in about an hour. Everything ok now, and no leaks!!
