Hi,

Just wondered if anyone had any experience of the Shogun 2000 range.

I have seen a SWB 3.2 Diesel Automatic 3 door in Spain, 100,000 miles, €6,000

Two of the best cars we had were Mitsubishi Spacewagon Petrols, the first model in 1990 and the new fuel injected in 1995.

I know its not motorhome related. But must be some former tuggers on here who have the knowledge.

I have owned two Mitsubishi 4x4's but not with the 3.2 engine. Mine were both the LWB variant and found them both great for towing. In my opinion far better than the LandRover Discoveries I have owned. Personally I would not buy a SWB variant but that is personal preference.

Thanks, not looking for anything too big really. Mainly for airport runs to Alicante and Javea and back for two of us. Nipping into town and the supermarket.

Maybe tow a caravan in the future, spec says it can tow 3,300kG's?

Fed up of running two UK cars back and forth to Spain on Brittany Ferries. Starting to think of us two rather than running 7/8 seater busses for others.
