We are travelling to Patras at the end of August via Minoan lines
I know that they do not do camping on board but do they do "hook ups" on the parking decks. I was led to believe that ehu's are available

Still trucking and learning
The last time we travelled with Minoan in the MH we were refused hook up and told to take all the stuff out of our fridge/freezer, put it in a plastic bag and take it to a refrigerated container at the bottom of the ramp which would then be loaded onto the ferry before it sailed. We did this as we had no choice but not ideal. We now would always recommend booking Camping on Board with Anek/Superfast as they will give you hook up and are much more accommodating. We've aso noticed that they are more dog friendly than Minoan.

We have gone with Minoan on our last 6 crossings with their 'camping all inclusive' tariff which specifically includes hook up, never been refused it yet, see the online brochure below.

You do have to hook up yourself though, they don't help you, they only point out where the hook ups are.

How long is the crossing? Our fridge happily stayed cold switched off on the 20 hour Santander crossing.

About 36hrs from Venice to Patras, or 23hrs Ancona to Patras,

Doesn't usually get into the high 30's on that root, although not essential it helps if available.
Plenty if hookups when we went a couple of years ago.
