Minehead - c&cc site - don't disregard! (1 Viewer)

So, I checked in for 3 nights just because it was there, and ended up staying for 11 as it was such a lovely quiet site with fabulous views, clean facilities and friendly managers. Oh yes, the countryside around is beautiful - especially on the sunny days I had! Loved scooting around on my little motorbike. Downsides? It is a very narrow, winding road to the site up quite a steep hill!

Great site and a wonderful location. For birdwatchers, there are Dartford Warblers and Nightjars on the heath.
Word of warning - watch out for ticks, they are very common there.

Dont go telling everyone,will never get on there.

It is a lovely site, have spent a lot of time there, great walking from the site.
The town has a good selection of shops, although if you walk back, then its uphill every inch of the way!
