Mifi abroad (1 Viewer)

Hi guys not sure which way to go,I have ee contract phone and an ee Mifi which is locked to ee but not on a contract would it be best to have it unlocked and go for a three
Data only sim as I'm not sure what ee cover is like abroad (France Spain Portugal) and there contract starts as soon as I purchase it,hope this makes sense

I think that the MiFi using "3" is recognised by many to be the best available at the moment.

I used both my 3 data sim in Mifi and EE phone contract when on recent trip, France, Switzerland, Belgium and both picked up same local network so it really made no difference.
I have EE broadband at home and it gives me extra 5 gig free data on my phone which I can use for tethering.

Hi thanks for your reply ,is that 5gig free monthly or a one offf special offer as I also have ee broadband I'm out of contract but could use it as levered to get that five gig free? Worth a try

It's 5 gig every month. Makes my Mifi unit a bit redundant!

When I rang up to arrange getting the xtra 5 gig, they said I was out of contract and when I said I would renew, the home broadband plan price was reduced considerably - bonus.
