Not happy, after searching far and wide and finally buying 2 from Amazon at £8 each I discover today that my local cheap shop.........This Is It, sells them for £2.99. I have no draining board and these are great for putting the cups and plates on to dry for a while. Ah well, I know where to get replacements.

Oh, thanks for that. We've had some microfiber camping towels that we rarely use.
So I've now cut one up to use as a drainer, oh joy:thumb:

The ones I have are quite a bit thicker and more padded than travel towels. More like a very thin cushion, absorbent enought to keep on the side by the sink. They wash and dry really quickly. ::bigsmile:

I use the same as MichelleRyall - have 2 in my van from B&M Bargins and at £1.49 each you can’t go wrong. The thin foam inside makes them really absorbent. Easy washed and dried.

It was the flag of Pakistan (y)

The flag chosen is based on IP address geography (iirc). So VPN users can get placed well away from their real home.

Happy FLT since 2011
We all seem to have the same problem. We did think about a drying mat but where not happy about having a damp towel in the van everyday /all day
We decided on a rubber mat where you can pour almost all of the water down the sink .

I think we have similar and I've found the cheaper ones are okay but not as good. After use and after a rinse out (if it's wet outside) I put them in the sink over the washing up bowl and under the sink cover to dry off in the hope that any moisture will go down the drain. If it's fine they get hung on the ladder at the back or on the wing mirrors to dry off.
