Dear Me,
sounds like you have a plan, and where there's a plan, there's a solution.
We too started with a secondhand MH, and this was the perfect solution for us.
Girlfriend's daughter told me prior to our buying it that a MH holiday would be her idea of a nightmare. She spent the evening with us, in a forest, enjoying a nice apperatif, listening to birdsong, really warm evening, and her verdict: she loved it, the inside really surprised her.
Enjoy your plans and the search. Happy findings and welcome

On and off since 1983
Whilst I feel I must welcome you to the Fun, using a photograph of my wife and her sisters as your Avatar is a little upsetting to say the very least.

We were caravanners when we first joined the Forum and then bought the motorhome in June of this year.

Bought the motorhome on a friday morning and sold our caravan on the same friday night1

Best thing we ever done!

Our Talbot Express is old (1994) noisy, reliable, good looking, cosy and full of character!

This year we have been to Normandy and back, and also stopped overnight in Girvan,Stranrear,Kirkcudbright, Arran,Machrihanish,Invarary,
Carradale, Lochgilphead, Bridge of allan ,Kendal,Folkestone ,Chester, Southport, Lytham St Annes, Scarborough.
