Lots now
Travelling between chester and whitchurch I had to pull over as I thought we had a flat.
It wasn't a flat but the wheel trim metal arms one has sheared through and another is half sheared whilst the last one is still unbroken.
After trying with my limited tools to release the wheel trim I have decided my tools are not up to the job and we are currently awaiting the rac.
2 hours they reckon, we shall see.

All done. That will teach me to nick my motorhome tools for the business.
Allen keys are now back in the motorhome.

Looks like a bit of a problem with the metal brackets, another reason I am happy I don’t have alloys ;)

Neither has Mr Porky.
The wheel Is bent around the rim and rusty
I know what you are saying but the alloy option on most IVECO daily chassis is alloys on the front and steel on the back with a alloy cover that matches the front “proper alloy” sometimes the outer rear is alloy but the inside is always steel because of the offset required, it makes fitting the spare a chew on as it is steel so won’t go straight on the front as the alloy offset is different to the steel rims.

Currently in a pub above Birmingham enjoying someone else doing the cooking, this mornings shenanigans forgotten.
All pictures forwarded to the dealer for replacement parts.

You're lucky to get away with so little damage, on my Hymer the bracket broke like yours then the wind pulled the trim round and the bracket wrapped itself around the back wheel and battered the bottom of the wheel arch and the bottom of a locker door about 6 or 700 pounds worth to put right, I still haven't got round to getting it fixed yet as it's cosmetic but will have to at some point.

I would hazard a guess that is not a cheap replacement...
