Mercor razor dropped down the bog (1 Viewer)

Was having a save and I just dropped my razor down the bog in to the caset and it I can stay thare till to morrow

What is a Mercor razor, nearest I could find is a Merkur.

My Grandad used a so called safety razor, which my mum used to get him the refills for. When I was in hospital with pneumonia in about 1985 my dear old mum about 40 at the time brought me one from boots so I could shave. One of the nurses took it off me and kindly took over when she saw the mess I was making of my bloody face.

Done that trick before... with a plastic bottle of stuff... it fell out of the cabinate when I opened the door... and straight down the hole....

I now keep the lid firmly down - unless i’m sitting onnit

@Wildbill This might be a silly idea, but why not keep the toilet blade closed except when flushing? Whilst I’m being critical I need to point out tha @PP Bear pirate. Guide doesn’t so much as mention a parrot!

Go for a good drive , the razor will "slice" up any solids , and the cassette will be very easy to empty.

Merkur razors with a good quality blade such as Feather are the best shave you can get by a long way.

They knock spots off of any of the expensive modern “multi blade” rubbish that are half blunt from new.

I have never had any thing that can bet it apart frome my openorazor but that is a long job shaving with that
