Doesn't seem too bad on a first skim apart from some older hardware.
I had to laugh at the "Conclusions". They are anything but as far as scientific papers should be written but obviously there are huge commercial aspects at stake.

To be fair to MS, This security bug was not of their own causing (for once). This is the most open I have ever seen them be on a bug report...
I am being fairly complementary to them as they do appear to have done everything possible this time. Normally I do not even waste time on them as I really don't like MS as a company nor their software.

Definitely effected my machine, wot now dropping frames. Still it's an excuse to buy a new machine.:D

Well I read it and didn't understand a word. Have we gone from the free and easy days of plug and play, to needing an in house IT department

And MS have just pulled the updates for machines with AMD CPU's as it could possibly brick them!
