We were going to wait until the spring but change of plan. Here's the new addition to the family, Cavendish the cocker spaniel. We pick him up in 4 weeks. ::bigsmile:

Happiness is owning a spaniel. You won't regret it.

They do calm down when they are 5 or so:RollEyes:

    Thanks guys!

I'll need to buy a few bits and bobs before he comes home. Any recommendations for an online pet shop? :thumb:

The girls both said Arrrhh, myself I am concerned that if you are to bring him ( I assume Cavendish is a boy) he may set about our (grumpy wimpish) doberman and send him running for the hills:ROFLMAO:

Seriously looks a bundle of fun, shame you won't have him for the meet in the middle

He looks really lovely, bet you can't wait to get him home. I still remember the spaniel we had when I was a kid.

I have used these people for on-line stuff www.bigdogstuff.co.uk

I have met Llynda who runs the business and she is very helpful and not everything she has is for 'big dogs' ::bigsmile:

Have fun. Got a new pup 2 weeks ago - a border terrier - and she is great fun. Looking to take her away on her first trip in the van in 2 or 3 weeks time. Have found Pet Supplies Store: Pet Planet, the UK's #1 Pet Store to be really good. Seem to be good prices and service is excellent.

Good luck I'm sure you will have many happy hours.
