Medical/repatriation only insurance

I am sure I read a thread about medical only travel insurance but I can't find it. We don't need delayed departure, cancellation etc. I seem to remember the name was something including "shengan". Can anyone guide me in the right direction or am I imagining the previous thread.

Dont remembe seeing it other than I think ADAC which no longer covers uk dweller.

I used this site to get medical insurance for pre-existing conditions and it cost me the same as a "normal" policy, they were very good. You will need to go through every on the phone with them to make sure you get the cover you need but it's quite nice to deal with a human instead of a website!
