Media ???? (1 Viewer)

I keep getting a little red logo above the Media sign so keep having a look in.

But haven't got a clue who anybody is or where they were taken.

I like to put names to faces so why are so many put up with no info?

Or am I missing summat ?

no you arent missing anything.

When you view the photos you are seeing the latest ones added to the forum.

Down the left hand side of media is the list of where the various photos are stored.

Use these lists for example if you have been to a recent rally or meet and want to view photos that others have uploaded.

Some people take lots of photos, they wont necessarily know who the photos are of and it takes a lot of time to write individually on each one.

Some of them will have things like "stratford meet" written on them but many havent.

Some of them have comments and within these there may be details of who the funsters are or where it was taken.

I know this isnt the ideal answer but hope its helpful to you

We also need to be mindful that not everyone wants their name on their photos and not everyone likes or wants to be photographed too

Was just going to reply and, thankfully, the new software notifies you that there have been new replies and gives you the opportunity to to view them prior to replying. CLEVER! Saves you having to read the nonsense that I was about to post - so you can have this nonsense instead!

Since it can take hours ... and I mean hours ...to downsize individual photos ...say fifty or sixty photos and then more time again to put them on the forum, it is impossible to put the names down of every funster on those photos without going blind .... It is very easy for the funster to go to the Comments section of each photo and put their own name on and only takes them a few seconds .
