I am replacing the front lower crossmember on my van over the weekend as the old one is falling apart with rust, I need to know if it is as simple as unbolt and replace or will the Radiator fall out?????:Smile:

Any advice would be much appreciated thanks:thumb:

Easy job the rad stays in place And locates in rubber bushes .Undo 3 bolts either side and remove crosmember, fit new crosmember make shure rubber bushes are in place, a good tip is to spray waxoil in crosmember.

Just a little update, fitted the new crossmember yesterday and as Ronnie said a piece of cake, it took longer to waxoil it:thumb: thanks again Ron:winky:
