. My motorhome is currently parked on my sloping driveway, having just returned from a week's holiday when both the roof mounted dish and control box linked to an Avtex tv worked perfectly.
This afternoon the system has been unable to find the Astra 2 satellite and indicates an Azimuth error code. Before I embarass myself and contact the Maxview Helpline, I am wondering if the fact that my driveway on an angle of around 20 degrees is the cause of the problem. Can anyone offer any advice please? At the moment it would be difficult to move the motorhome to a more level location and try again.
