A while back someone was asking about the amount of solar he could fit on the roof of his van, and somebody replied "xxx can definitely sort you out".

Can anyone identify xxx?

I'm reckoning on 10 days with 190AH AGM and 175W solar. Not tried it yet but will find out in June. Done 3 days off gird with 2 batteries and no solar and still had plenty to spare. Unless you are boiling kettles, drying your hair and using a microwave the above should keep you going for a month if not permanently.

you just need to measure your available roof space and calculate the max number of panels you can fit the find a controller that will handle the ampage of what you can fit
