I just watched this on the TV cried for the last half hour of it
The film is 'good' the book is better. If you want tears as well as hope and wonder read this novel:[ame="http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Racing-Rain-Garth-Stein/dp/0007281196/ref=ntt_at_ep_dpt_1"]http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Racing-Rain-Garth-Stein/dp/0007281196/ref=ntt_at_ep_dpt_1[/ame] Garth Stein (the author) has also written a version for children [ame="http://www.amazon.co.uk/Racing-Rain-My-Life-Dog/dp/0062015761/ref=pd_sxp_grid_pt_0_0"]http://www.amazon.co.uk/Racing-Rain-My-Life-Dog/dp/0062015761/ref=pd_sxp_grid_pt_0_0[/ame] I so love the book Jane
Ezzie can give you the slobber if you want!!!!!!
Our Ezzie has plenty of slobber if you want it
Yes a great film indeed, another one about a dog is Hachi again based on a true story.
Siân and little Katie were sobbing too. I was in the room, but I wasn't watching properly as I was working, so on the tear front I wasn't affected. I was affected by the leading actors horrible whining voice, more annoying than a bagpipe.
The film is excellent ... I cried when I watched it. Only film besides for Titanic to make me cry.
I don't get upset by films. The wife and kids do though.
My wife says its cos I am a harsh , uncaring ba$tard:Sad:
I think she might, just might have a valid point there Treacle........
and if any of you have watched Hatchi and not shed a tear then you are in the same classification as Treacle..........
But it's fiction - that's why I don't get the tears bit
