Denbo 115 Do you know if you van has an interface module, if so start your investigation there. Or follow the pillar loom back to it's source. There will be a connection somewhere/somehow between Vehicle electrics and Hab electrics for road lights.
I have had similar issues in the past. One common cure is to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes and then reconnect. It re-boots the ECU and body control module.
If the re-boot does not work , as Diabalo has suggested , there may be a separate small module with 4 x fuses that could be near the main habitation PSU / fuse box or within or near the driver side door pillar and this unit (made by CBE) may have a faulty marker lights relay within it.
