Mango form

Help needed to fill in the fulli /mango form as I can't imput the info ie phone number ,country, post code, I have taken a photo and posted in toll tags thread where you can see the problem .

Hi, I don't know if you are sorted yet but I vaguely remember a couple of issues when I applied for mine. I'm sure that in one of the boxes (poss post code) you hade to input 4 zeros for some reason. I'll have a look when I get a chance to see if it jogs my memory. Also I think Royaume Uni for the country.
Of course it might be different now it is Fulli.

The form is very quirky and yes I think zeros in the postcode box.
It's also sometimes difficult to link your bank account, I had use the iban number from my revolut account.
Unfortunately I can't remember much more except it being tricky, well it was last year I filled it in.
Keep trying and you'll get there eventually.
I think it's called Fulli now, not mango mobilities

getting fed up with Mango just got to bank details used iban number no it seems that my bank does not accept sepa payments so tried sort code and a/c then it ask for details of my bank but no where to put them, anyone got any ideas .

It wouldn't take my Lloyd's bank details so I used the revolut iban and that went in ok.

Don't have a revoult just Halifax and rbs a/Cs do you know if it takes a cc

On country you have to put

You have to use a UK bank account that has an IBAN number. We use Revolut, works perfectly.

For country use Royaume Uni on the drop down menu then you should be able to enter address and mobile phone number using the drop down union flag symbol.

It wouldn't take my Lloyd's bank details so I used the revolut iban and that went in ok.

Strangely it took my Lloyds straight away, though must change it to my revolution or else Lloyds will charge the euro rate they want.
