About to design a new network at the new home, is there any great advantage in MAC Lockdown?

We will have a number of printers, laptops, tablets, phones, servers, CCTV etc etc...

I'd say it's a bit overkill for a home network, plus if someone really wants to circumvent it they can sniff and spoof one of the addresses on the list.

IMHO No, as can be high maintenance and it's easy to set a LAA (Locally Administered Address) MAC to emulate....
