M.O.T for 4.5 tonne

The place we have usually used has closed
does anyone know of an M.O.T. garage that can do a large motorhome in the Sheffield
Barnsley Huddersfield triangle
It's 4.5 tonne 27 feet long by 11 feet high
usually needs a pit

Try local council depots or even ambulance workshops. They both carry out MOT work for the public. A local garage specialising in HGVs will also be able to help or recommend somewhere. Good luck but I'm sure you'll be fine.

Used them for a 6.5t iveco panel van.
Not cheap.

There is a maximum amount chargeable as set by dvla.

Autotec in Keighley. He does mine and my motorbike. Just had motorhome done last week. £40.00 done while I waited. No advisories and I was allowed to have a good look under it whilst up in the air. The garage test everything from motorcycles to artics and buses.
