Thanks for keeping us updated - Personally I would rather wait till a few more are interested as will be £40 a couple + ferry for 2 so an expensive short trip for us. Nearer to £20 for both of us on the coach is more realistic and feasible. If it is too expensive we will just go across by car or go another time in the Motorhome for a proper holiday.

Walhampton Arms carvery lunch now planned for Sunday (11th August) with main course for £11.95 & proposed time is 12.30pm but will confirm that this Saturday then those interested can book individually. There has been a change of management there in the last week which is why it's taken a while to sort this.

I believe we have 31 people on the coach now, so I will go ahead and book it tomorrow, if it is still available. So it will be about £12 each ( plus you will have to book and pay as a foot passenger on the ferry) plus £1 per dog. There is of course a risk that some will not turn up, which will make that a little more. To mitigate that please send me a deposit if £12 per person plus £1 per dog. Please quote your username in comments. I will send a PM with account details
