Luxembourg site recommendation (1 Viewer)

Hello all
Just a quick line to recommend a site that we stayed at last night in Luxembourg.
Camping Bon Accueil in Alzingen which is just south of Luxembourg City.
Although check in seemed to take an age as they wanted all passports and inside trouser leg measurements, the site itself was immaculate. Toilets & showers and washing up, washing machine areas looked new.
There was some noise from airplanes landing/taking off nearby but wasn’t bad enough to disturb.
Worth considering if you’re struggling to find an Aire available.

Second that. Think it was acsi when we stayed
Easy bus ride into city
Supermarket just up the road
And a bar just outside the gate with a strange bowling game out back that looked a cross between skittles and 10pin.

This is a fabulous site but very busy and they don't take reservations. Always plan to be there as early as possible. Excellent for dog walking.

I stayed there in June on my way to the Mosel rolling meet. I got told off for parking the wrong way on the pitch and they were quite abrupt in demands that I move IMMEDIATELY! Despite that, a great site, no problem to walk into the city if you don't fancy catching the bus.

We stayed at Camping Birkelt in 2008, nice site, lovely pool and facilities.
