Some people on here have had good results by renewing the "thermal conductive paste" that goes between the heat exchanger fins and the fridge body as it dries out over time ?

Are there lights on the control board showing that you have power to the fridge?
When it doesn’t work on electric, have you checked that you have plugged into the mains and have switched the fridge setting to mains 240v.?
Sorry if these are basic questions.

All lights are on lcd front of fridge no error codes and is plugged into mains 240

If it works fine on gas i would think it to be an electrical problem. Are you any good with a multimeter?
You need to check what you have at the back of the fridge. 12v permanent, 12v when engine running and 240v when connected to EHU.
more info such as model of fridge, possibly pics is also going to help you get decent replies.

Yes and works fine on gas

Are you able to confirm that 240v is getting to the rear of the fridge ? Also was it the 240v or 12v heater element that was replaced ?

Even a new 240v element can be faulty. Was it checked for continuity before being fitted?
(The first one I bought for my son's caravan fridge was open circuit when received).
