Lpg , new suppliers

I phoned Autosleepers about there are less and less Lpg suppliers in the UK , the Lady in Customer Services advised me that next year Marquis Dealers will be a Lpg suppliers , also I have emailed her to pass on a request to give us a give us a Diesel option, when I had a Chausson Motorhome Diesel and Electric heating worked very well especially when i Spain for 2 months did not use 2 gass bottles up for cooking , it would have been better perhaps to dispense with gas for cooking and have a Diesel cooker as well

Whilst they do have locations in the north, most are in the southern half of the UK where LPG outlets are thinner on the ground than central England. A welcome development.

It has crossed my mind to wonder how feasible it might be for campsites (as well as dealers) to stock LPG. They would have a ready market on site.

Great idea but would they shoot them selves in the foot not selling bottles with good profit margins.

If you have refillables your not going to be buying standard bottles anyway.

It may only be around here but Taxi firms now seem to be installing their own LPG tanks to fill their own cars and others nearby. We have 2 locally and both also fill motorhomes and safefill bottles.
