Just to let people know there is no JPG gas at filling stations in Dorset

Good information, thanks.
For anyone close to Peterborough, the Flogas depot on Newark Road has an LPG dispensing tank. Motorhomes are welcome if they are fitted with the correct type of tank/bottles. Last time I filled up was 2 weeks ago, 55p per litre.

Riverside gararage at West Stour on the A30 near Gillingham has it and is in Dorset but I can’t imagine why anyone but me might be going that way. I suppose if you’ve lost the will to live on the A303 and tried to find an alternative route maybe.

The Swanage and Dorchester ones are also still showing as having gas on filllgp. Do they need updating?

Loders BP in Dorchester had LPG on Thursday as I saw two Motorhomes there, one filling and other waiting.

I doubt that it's worth updating if they have merely run out temporarily.
It should be updated if the pumps have been removed but I believe it relies on users to update the entries.

Anyone coming up the A68 into Scotland - Johnsons Oil have an LPG pump

Earlston Road, Newtown St.Boswells,
TD6 0RX

Mon - Fri 8.30 until 4 or 5 I think. Check the pump is zeroed. fill up and pay in the office. I don't know if they charge 5% or 20% VAT.

I don't know if any of the other depots have LPG pumps but if you think you might need it you could phone around and find out :)

I also wonder if any / all / many bulk LPG suppliers might have a pump again it might be worth a call just in case. Lots of rural properties heat/cook via LPG.

The Filllpg site marks the ones which are temporarily without supply with a dark blue flag with Us on it. The ones scheduled for closure are shown with the probable closing date and the ones with supplies have different coloured flags depending on the price. Those places that have run out are usually quickly marked with the blue Us flag to save others from wasted journeys, which is why I like the Fillllpg above the others sites/apps.
