Although this happened at a site in Roses, Spain. Those low lying bollards are in quite a few sites around Europe. In some places they also use boulders, right where you need the extra room to get around a tight corner.
A poor UK couple in a nice Frankia were victims this morning. As they were leaving the pitch, he turned too early and caught the nearside rear arch trim. Sadly he kept on going and tore the steel girder out of the ground. This just dug into the side more and caused more damage. Not only to the trim but the side of the van was badly damaged.
So take care everyone, when leaving pitches and keep an eye out, as these bollards/markers are mainly unseen by the mirrors. But can cause massive damage.
