Low emission Zones in Spain (1 Viewer)

Hi All
Does anybody know if low emission zones will be introduced in Spain from January 2023.I know Madrid and Barcelona have which won’t effect me but I have been told other towns of over 50000 people will be from 2023.

Looks like foreign vehicles can't get one at present. Mine would only get a yellow one anyway which still excludes from a ZBE when active.
Barcelona will get by without me, I always avoid getting anyway near it anyway.
