Loose driver's armrest (1 Viewer)

Hi!
Our first MH is a '95 Autosleeper Executive in very good condition. However, the left driver's armrest is slack- lots of side to side movement. On our tours round dealers we noticed the same fault on another Autosleeper. Access is tricky with the upholstery, of course. Has anyone encountered the same problem, or even better, solved it?
Also, the window catches tend to wander up during a journey- solutions or tips please?
