Looking for sites in Germany (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
We are planning a trip in the summer and are hoping to come home Via Germany.
We need ideas for sites that are good for walking, cycling an close to a local town so we can see a bit of culture and get supplies. if possible around the areas Cologne, Aachen, Freiburg. TIA

Plenty of very nice stellplatz in Germany. One of our favourites is at Geisingen which is not all that far from Freiburg, I think - geography is not too good. Water, electricity etc for a very low price and they don't seem to mind how long you stay. Pleasant small town with shops, eateries etc less than 5 minutes walk.

Another one is at Kehl, just across the Rhine from Strasbourg. Large town and the mighty Rhine 5 - 10 minutes and all very pleasant.

Hi Michelle. We stayed in Aachen with Dally. Can't remember a lot but if you talk to Stu he'll remember it.
I think it was a good Stellplatz and Aachen is a lovely town.
