Just sold the Deauville ( lovely bike but too heavy for me now )and looking for something smaller /lighter in the new year. Don't like the "revboxes "so single /twin and up to around 160 kg. Don't do much above 60/70 mph anyhow. Any suggestions …?

Dual seat available, lots of character, not too heavy (except when putting it in the back of the moho), great handling (Harris brothers designed the frame) old time feel, with modern brakes & leccy start - draws a crowd wherever I go - plus it's way cooler that a Honda Dullville or any Ducati scrambler🙂

On my first trip out on my Royal Enfield Continental GT535, whilst waiting at the traffic lights, the attractive young lady in the car next to me wound down her window and said that it was the most beautiful bike she'd ever seen - true story

There is a garage in one of the villages that were agents for the India Enfields. Because I took my test on an army BSA 350 and never ridden anything else I thought the 350 would be a good way to get back into riding again. Other things in life like kids changed that idea unfotunatly.

Have you considered the Tenere? I have a 1200 Super Tenere and when change time comes I’m very tempted to try it’s baby brother. 700 parallel twin very few electronics and looks all day comfortable. I haven’t been on one yet so can’t say what it’s like height wise.

I have an Enfield Bullet 500, ok for running around but no good over about 60mph and I wouldn't want to ride more than 50 miles on it

Mines only 7.50kgs

The motor is an additional 75kgs but that bit can also drive the van.

Oh sorry you said MOTORbike:LOL:

A friend has a 90's Gasgas, he said it's 80kgs ish but it looks a tad uncomfortable and lots of fun.
