I’ve found something made in the UK. A switch I purchased today from screwfix.

Delighted.

Can anyone else list anything ?

and if bought by me, made in the UK from parts made in China and assembled by an East European and used by an idiot. 🙂

Yep. MK is still manufactured for the UK in the UK (although overseas factories for some other countries I believe). No longer British owned I'm afraid. They were purchased by Honeywell International Inc. about 15 years ago from memory.

Still manufacturing quality products in my opinion, despite cheaper imports.

Did you need it? Or bought it because it said made in the UK.
I bought it because I needed it and it was MK. A brand I have always relied on
It’ll break in two days….😆
It won't because its a requirement (Electrical Wiring Regulation). But will rarely be used.

I’m a bit obsessed with the Really Useful Storage box range, we’ve loads of them various sizes. UK made it says on each box when they come.
Asda online seem cheapest at moment.

Us too - we also have a collection of Really Useful boxes - especially in the garage for storage of tools and hardware. They’re fairly tough and we’ve had them a few years now. They’re great! We also bought a number of Curver ‘My Style’ plastic baskets for our previous van - all British-made, attractive, reasonably priced, and, should still be available to buy.

Now we are looking at buying some Wham ‘Studio’ storage baskets for our new PVC. Space in the van is tight, so we may need a few of these in smaller sizes to fit inside our drawers and cupboards, especially the tiny ones in the bathroom. And they are British-made too - a bonus.

Wham also produce a range of food storage containers, so we will be looking at these as well …
It’s good to see that the above manufacturers are producing products that are reasonably competitively priced when compared with Far Eastern products. (PS - no connection - just a satisfied customer!)

We also use the My Style baskets in our cupboard’s , think we’ve got 5 on the go.

all sizes of the RU box’, pencil case size ones in the bathroom for razors and the like and then right through to 64ltr for under bed storage.
