We (Free) camped a couple of miles down the Road in 2012 in a park by the lake. 2014 we stayed in the Camp Ground on the California Side of Lake Havesu. On Indian Land. And Crossed over by Ferry.


The "view" is from the camp-ground looking across the lake toward Havasu City.

Remember seeing it as a Kid on a school trip to London in the 1950`s

Nah - I prefer the myth - anything to bring those yanks down a peg or two.

I recently spoke to a US couple, mature and educated, who truly thought Thanksgiving Day was to give thanks for winning the war against the English Poor disillusioned sods.
