Why do I have to keep on logging in. Even though I click stay logged in 10 minutes later have to log in if I’ve been away from site grrrrrr is it me

Ok, try doing a hard reset.... hold the off button and the screen button down at the SAME TIME and it will shut down and restart by its self, you will have to log in again but that may sort it..
