Lock near Water Inlet cap.

Hi everyone, can someone please let me know what the small lock is for next to the Water filler? Is it for back up? Thank you.

Is it a 12v outlet for external water pump?

At a guess it's not a lock but a 12v socket to power a water pump to refill your tank from a container.
I'll look for a picture...
