Hi all,
Got a cheeky overnight in Bexhill area and wonder if anyone has a suggestion for a quick stop, no facilities required… helpful if theres a dog stretch nearby ( not to stretch the dog its big enough already) seafront somewhere?

Galley Hill, part of the road that runs down towards town? There are some vans parked around Egerton Park permanently, so any of the wider, quieter roads would probably be ok. Do you have any particular area of Bexhill in mind? The Bull pub do Britstops, landlord very accommodating.

Will check it out, thanks for your time, 🙏🏻

Carr Taylor Vineyard about 20 miles away - free on Britstops, £15 otherwise

Thanks for your help all, found a place!
Galley Hill was busy but stunning view for a kfc supper.
Bexhill has plentiful signs with ‘no motor caravans’ on them in a lot of places, who upset the council then ?
Its a shame isnt it, I wouldnt mind paying to stay on the angling club car park either but equally ‘ no overnight’ .
Ended up by a lovely green next to the beach in the west of the seafront. I will try the Bull pub one day( confession I googled the wrong pub)

Oh and by chance it was carnival weekend and we had a firework display thrown in!

Bexhill notes
two councils run the parking on the seafront at bexhill.
up to & NOT including the fisherman’s club car park is bexhill.
fishermans car park onwards, inc galley hill is Rother.

blue badge for disabled is free parking in bexilll controlled part. for Rother you have to register with them & they allow 2 hours.

we found out by getting a £60 ticket in fisherman’s car park. successfully appealed because there is no clear indication on parking regs.
this was last year.

i the “No motorhome” regs were bought in because of 2 or 3 “permanent” vans taking the p155.
