This is my local area - they have been causing problems for local people for months. Previously they were parked up in Rhos-on-Sea in a residential area, blocking the pavement for walkers, especially pushchairs and wheelchairs.

It is unfortunate as the local annoyance gets transferred on to all motorhomes.

my point exactly, I go running here in the week, it's a lovely stretch but these people spoil it for everyone.

Funnily enough we went down to Pensarn beach yesterday and saw this very same gin palace, this morning this news item was posted on Facebook and the majority of comments beneath it supported the occupier and there were lots of wishes from posters saying they wish they could do the same🙂🙂

They are probably "travellers" , no fixed abode so very "difficult" for the plod to move them on without using the courts, if it had been a funster or similar then they would have been slapped with a fine and towed away if not moved. Rules for some and rules for others I' m afraid.

That's why they should simply tow and crush

many many years! since I was a kid
Sadly we had the same local to me, with vans lined up along a road with sea views for months on end. It ended badly for us all when the council slapped a traffic order on the road and now you can't even park for the day any more.

I got the local objections about the misuse of the road, and to a point agreed with the home and business owners who lost the sea views. The majority of the vans were vanlifers that had converted rusty old vehicles and had little in the way of sanitation. Toilets were routinely emptied down the storm drains and the rubbish that built up had to be seen to be believed. We are not talking somebody passing through and stopping a night or maybe two. These vans turned up at the first sign of spring and stayed till the weather turned in autumn. They were living there in their own community and their own version of off grid.

Since they were moved on and tickets issued to new vans turning up, the local conditions are much improved, with the stink that was often present gone. It is now popular with families again and a pleasant place for a day out. But if you drive a motorhome, you are no longer welcome

Is there any insurance on the vehicle?

Is there any RFL.

Does it have a Current MoT or equivalent?

I've stayed here myself and will be down there Sunday too. There are always vans here each night and day. It's just a peice of road..very steep though..no yellows and no problem until someone like this cacks it up for everyone.
The only difference I see here is the cheeky buggers are taking the piss with the pipe and washing etc causing a nuisance.

Not long ago the height barrier onto the stone beach area was busted and folk used to drive on there past the temp "no overnighting signs"

I ll strike up a nosey chat with them if they are around Sunday Monday and get the full story.

Anyway they must be idiots....anyone knows you can't dry washing on a line in Wales even through the day....let alone nighttime. :ROFLMAO:

The article states that the bailiffs attended with a warrant on the 27th March but the Rv had already gone of their own violation.
I assume they must have left and returned nearby in a different spot.( are they now in the tesco car park?)
I wonder how that will pan out.
Did you take a photo by any chance to check the reg number.

Has anyone thought to ask why they are there, could be a simple explanation, working there, someone in hospital close by, kids at college, can't see why they would put up with threats and moving on orders for no good reason.
