We are getting some winter sun in Cape Verde and this little chap came to say hello. He was from a litter of strays that live on the beach. Sad. Yes, we would take him home if we could.

You know what they say,"When you go to your Girlfriends house, look at the GF's mother" Thats what your GF will look like.
Question is, What does 'your' mutts Mum look like?

awww, he's cute, quite a little charmer, but the sad thing is that wherever you go, there are so many unwanted dogs who need a loving home and it's impossible to rescue them all..:(

It is true, you have been chosen now so may as well book an appointment with a local vet, get him a rabies jab and a microchip and he is all yours!

    You know you want to!

Still regret not bringing home a little dog that adopted us when we were in Portugal .... over 30 years ago.

I still have memories of a big foxhound stray on an Aire in Portugal last year.
I stepped out of the 'van, he took one look at me from about 30yds away and straight away, walked up and put his face on my thigh looking at me with the biggest, saddest eyes.

It took a lot of willpower to ignore the silent pleading.

Mrs CC would be in bits if she had seen that and the pup would no doubt be heading off home:)
