Lithium batteries - Parameter Settings for balancing

2 x 100Ah Sterling Power lithium batteries, 18 months old. One seems to be reluctant to balance cells. Volt diff as high as 0.3v on occasions and rarely volt diff below 0.2v
The batteries arrived with different parameter settings. Sterling apologised and gave recommendations - see attached screenshot.
What are others using - I have Balanced Open Start Volt 3.4v. This seems high before balancing starts? Volt diff is 0.01v
