Looking to swap out 2 x 95ah AGMs for lithium. Apart from space considerations, what are the pros and cons for say 1 x 200ah compared with 2 x 100ah?

Is there a best practice here?
 
2 gives you a but of redundancy in case one goes astray.
1 gives you easier charge indicators from BMS, and doesnt need to be linked up or use 2 battery trays etc

I just asked KS the questions and they said:

"only two are advised where you are intending to regularly draw very high current loads, eg high current inverters over 1800 Watts for example, otherwise the process of fitting and using a single larger unit makes more sense as it simplifies everything"

Bought two 110Ah batteries replacing one 90Ah lead acid. Both batteries fitted under passenger seat freeing up battery locker.

If you are running heavy loads, having two batteries halves the amperage draw per battery.
The Roamer 230Ah battery has a BMS that can cope with 500A peak draw and 150A continuous. I haven't tested it in earnest yet and suspect I never will.
 
Don't overlook the simple practical aspect that lead-acid batteries are usually 100Ah or less because anything bigger is a struggle to heave in and out of confined spaces. A 200Ah lithium is about the same size and weight as a 100Ah lead-acid.

Not sure if it is the same size? The typical 100Ah Lithium tends to be around the same cc's (L x W z H) as a 100Ah Lead.

Weight yes, 26kg approximately, but size is about the same as truck battery. Other sizes are now more available, like the under seat shallow square shape.
