If you are a Spanish resident (English) what are your limits of travel in the Schengen area if any?

Don't tell him Pike. 🤐
As Judith says the same restrictions for us 90 in 180, but it was mentioned at a meeting and it was also mentioned the only time it would come to light is when you leave the area. 🙂

😉 Do a search and see how long the Irish German Dutch French and so on can officially stay in Spain, 😁 they are not as special as you think. 🤔 Bob.

Since the '80,s
Baldeagle7470 travelled from France to Portugal without any problems last weekend.
Quite correct and fully complying with all legal requirements,EU citizens.
My Portuguese Permanent residence certificate states “Union permanent residence certificate “.
We were returning to our Primary residence.
We carried attestation of no unnecessary stops except fuel and one overnight.
Never saw more than three police cars,or policemen at the French,Spanish or Portuguese borders.

A few years
I asked the Brit embassy in Spain this question last year. It’s 90/180 outside of your resident country.

the difference is there are no border checks within the schenengan area so how will that be policed?
it won't be.As soon as you show your ID card it'll be on your way .same as a national.
In fact when I was stopped december 2019 in France by customs & then shortly after for weighing they still think I'm spanish :giggle:
