It's coloured lens is missing .

All I can say is that is non standard and has been fitted by a previous owner.
For what purpose? It could be anything unfortunately

Possibly aftermarket alarm/immobiliser…

Looks like a halogen bulb..? Looks big for an led….

As others have said. Aftermarket. So could indicate many things.
