Before I start blowing whistles and jumping up and down shouting "Don't Panic"

I have just had one of those Pass it on to everybody in a hurry type emails about a new virus called 'Life is Beautiful' in a microsoft Poerpoint presentation.

Generally I bin them immediately but this one just caught my eye a bit - SO come on all the computer guru's on here - is it a scam or what?

Sorry everybody - should have 'googled' it first - as usual Snopes has declared it a scam that has been around since 2002.

I shall go back under my stone now. Goodnight

You did the right thing even if it isn't a recognised scam. All these sort of chain emails invariably have several entire address books (put there by people who have never heard of email etiquette and the BCC field) in the header and are just a pain in the neck taking up bandwidth and clogging up the whole internet.
