Hello everyone. Met some people at Telford. They gave me an introduction card - so here I am. A classic tale, I had a caravan and then myself and my girlfriend decided to get a small van as well. What happened. We parted company. So caravan sold but kept my Trigano Tribute. I have now done 4 trips on my own. Just back from Llangollen, walking and cycling. Before I took myself to Newton Stewart, Parwich in the Derbyshire Dales, and Bishops Castle. It is still a bit strange going away on your own after six years of doing everything together. Life goes on. I live in Congleton. Retired. So that is a little about me.

Hello .. you will soon start to enjoy it more ... there are a large number of solos on this forum . If ever you are at a meet just come over and say hi to us .. the kettle is usually on.

There will be moments when you wish you had someone to share a view, music, etc with but there is a heck of a lot to be said for the freedom in a motorhome. You sound young ... well you can ride a bike .. enjoy every moment in your mh.
I am sure there will be many solos and couples will be along very shortly

Lots of solos on fun. Just get yourself booked onto some of the rallies.
Quite a few go down to Spain and Portugal over winter.

You are very lucky indeed...

I spend a great deal of time on my own and I am ALWAYS arguing with myself because I am lazy and suffer from severe procrastination.

Why some days I even put off putting things off and just stay in bed!

I have to shout at myself constantly or else I would never get anything done... I am becoming a bit of a nag...
