That’s a bargain! I paid over £100 for our Tefal ones- I love them but could’ve bought several sets from Lidl for the price!

I have got to go back into town later today to pick up the cat from the vets and I can grab you a set if you want and I'm sure the Funster courier service can get them on to you.

A very kind offer but I am leaving for Portsmouth and France later this afternoon.

I have already found a few Lidl's on my route so will give them a try.

I have just bought a set!

Has anyone tried using them in the oven - without the handle, obviously :)
I use the tefal ones in the oven all the time, and I can’t say these would be any different? Saves taking roasting tins etc in the van!

We bought a set of these from Lidl last year and they have been excellent value for money as well as saving a load of space in the pan drawer !

These and a skillet is all you need.

@Janine : an oven.... what's one of those:)

Success, got a set at Shrewsbury, who had plenty, after trying Whitchurch who had none and like Rochdale looked as if they never had.

Good lady managed to get both sets this evening. We have the tefal ones at home and when we use the van we take a few with us. Great space saving with the removable handle. Just hope the Lidl set are ok usable on the light use they will get in the van. The tefal ones are brilliant in the house they obviously take a great bashing in everyday life and still look great. For the money paid for the lidl ones, even if they last a couple of years they will be ideal packed in the unit draws.

Conversely as we'd all managed life without the pans, Tefal or not, it might have cost us!
I think they'll be good to use though.

Had the Tefal for a few years, coating wearing off, scratches caused by handle, repaired handle a few times, but still like them, was loathe to spend that much again but was sorely tempted, you have saved us a packet or two as just bought both sets. Tx

They look different to the ones I got. Think our handle cost that much.
Good for knocking about in the van, though...
