Well, I'd seen work going on there but had not realised they were building a Lidl.
You can get to it if you drive past the Cite Europe aire/motorhome parking or from the pet registration office - just drive on past it. (getting back from there you can go the 20 metres 'no entry/sense unique or the long way out and rejoin the exit for Eurotunnel)
This is great for those who shop at Lidl. Their range of wines is quite good. I haven't been in but I'd guess they will have large stock of vin!
