Liber-tag for France

I have just checked my Liber tag account and noticed that the tag for France is showing the battery is low and the tag should be replaced . I can’t see anywhere to do this on the form I presume I will have to send the old one back but not sure . Has anyone done this and could they point me in the right direction .?

You order a new one in the highlighted section below then once received you send the old one back using the other link highlighted. You will pay €20 for the new one then get a credit back when they receive the old one.
