There have been so many. I'm particularly pleased with the Stourhead one. The second is Burnham Overy Staithe, as is the beach fun that follows.

We have been very fortunate this year with lots of UK travelling. From first days of May with tiny Rosie - North Wales, to yesterday at Exmouth with a bigger RosieView attachment 560263
Hi Riverbankannie - could I be cheeky and ask which campsite that was in Exmouth? We're hoping to head down that way over Christmas and are looking for ideas/recommendations of where to stay.

Cheers,

Rob

I think it was this one from our Quarry visit in Provence. If you want more details check out 'Two hours from Calais and beyond' thread.

Because it reminds us of the many hilltop towns we passed by and visited.

Enjoying the sun and the shade around the UK this year, most surprising time was the hottest day recorded in Wales this year.

Thought we’d found the gold at the end of the rainbow in October at Trevedra ,Sennen but turned out to be a cow’s backside!

After loads of Motorhome trips in England this year we finally got to Portugal for a two week cycle tour with 16 others. The Douro valley was gorgeous. Hubby in photo.

Oh blimey, too many lovely places visited this year. We started off limited to our own region where we found places we didn't know existed. Once freed to travel further we went to the Pyrenees and Galicia.

So. A few piccies from each of the different areas.

Can’t compete with the beautiful scenes from across the water so just a few from our local U.K. trips this year , Wells next sea, Castle Acre, Hunstanton, Wolferton Station and Gorleston on sea.
