Hi All

Has anybody used the above recently?

I've recently ordered a water tank and have submitted a drawing of .y requirements via email, but despite a few emails I can't seem to get a response, and the phone lines are not taking calls due to covid.

I had exactly that problem when wanting to order recently. Eventually gave up and went elsewhere.

The tank is quite specific so not many other options!!!!

If you've not had any response from CAK you may find other suppliers from https://www.facebook.com/groups/2017CrafterTGE assuming that you are converting a New Crafter / MAN TGE

Conversion was complete a while ago, but somehow whilst left unused for 6 months one of the tank connections has sprung a leak. These are nut I'm connections hence I've ordered a replacement tank with welded connections.

Back during the original conversion, I ordered a plain tank from CAK tanks, but they sent me one that had a cut out at the bottom corner. This ended up being handy to accommodate the water heater so I worked the specific tank size into the layout.

Now I'm a bit stuck using exactly the same tank again or finding somebody that can manufacturer to specific geometry.

Alternatively maybe I could seal the connection with resin?

Either way I'll continue to chase CAK tanks.

It's only been 1 week to be fair, I'm just curious that I haven't even had confirmation that they received my drawing.
